1. Purpose

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and procedures between Peekrate (“Company”) and its users.

2. Definitions

  1. Service: An online service providing entertainment-focused AI quizzes/tests, ratings, results, and follow-up feedback based on user-uploaded images.
  2. User: Anyone who uses the Service, whether registered or not.
  3. Member: A user who creates an account.
  4. 30-day Pass: A one-time payment that grants access to paid features for 30 days.
  5. Content: User-uploaded images/text and Service outputs (ratings, explanations, chat).
  6. Advanced Mode: An optional mode that delivers more direct, humorous, and candid responses. It remains subject to the same content rules and prohibitions.

3. Posting and Changes

We publish these Terms on the Service or linked pages and may update them as permitted by law with advance notice.

4. Service Nature and Limitations

  1. The Service is entertainment-only and delivers results as AI-generated text.
  2. We do not guarantee accuracy, suitability, or fitness for any purpose.
  3. Results are not medical, legal, or financial advice.

5. Account Registration and Security

  1. Registration is complete when you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy and finish the signup flow.
  2. You must protect your account credentials and may not transfer or share them.
  3. We may require additional verification or limit usage to prevent abuse or fraud.

6. Advanced Mode Policy

  1. Advanced Mode enhances candidness and humor but remains entertainment-only.
  2. The following is prohibited in all modes:
    • Explicit sexual content or pornographic materials
    • Sexual content involving minors or illegal sexual exploitation
    • Violence, hate, or unlawful activities
  3. We may restrict access or terminate accounts for violations.

7. User Content and Rights

  1. You warrant you have the rights to upload your content and it does not infringe others.
  2. Illegal or harmful content is prohibited and may be removed immediately.
  3. You are responsible for disputes arising from your uploads.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

  1. Violate law or public order
  2. Infringe third-party rights
  3. Upload or request prohibited sexual content or illegal materials
  4. Bypass security, scrape, crawl, or reverse-engineer the Service
  5. Share accounts, commit payment fraud, or abuse refunds
  6. Cause harm to the Company or others

9. Content Security and Access

  1. Images are stored in private storage and no public URLs are provided.
  2. Access is granted only via authenticated, time-limited signed URLs (e.g., under 1 minute).
  3. Sharing via copied links is technically restricted.
  4. We may store non-reversible cryptographic hashes to prevent re-upload of harmful content.

10. 30-day Pass, Service Start, and No Auto-Renewal

  1. The Service is provided as a 30-day pass (one-time payment) only.
  2. Access is granted immediately after payment and remains valid for 30 days.
  3. Image-based test templates are included in the pass and can be used without additional fees during the pass period.
  4. Service start occurs when you view or receive your first result (rating/explanation/chat turn).
  5. There is no auto-renewal.

11. Usage Limits and Abnormal Use

To protect service quality and prevent abuse, we may limit usage. For paid passes, usage may be restricted if a user exceeds 400 turns per day or shows abnormal or automated traffic patterns.

12. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

13. Service Changes or Interruptions

We may modify or suspend the Service for maintenance, security, or operational reasons and will provide notice where required.

14. Restrictions and Termination

We may warn, limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or law.

15. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages unless due to willful misconduct or gross negligence. Users are responsible for any harm caused by their violations.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the court with jurisdiction over the Company’s registered address, unless consumer law requires otherwise.
