1. Scope

This policy applies to the 30-day pass (one-time payment). There is no auto-renewal.

2. Key Definitions

  • Service Start: The moment you view or receive at least one result turn (rating, explanation, or chat).
  • Pass Period: 30 days from payment time. Access is granted immediately after payment.
  • Refund Eligibility: Within 7 days and before Service Start (0 turns).

3. No Auto-Renewal

The 30-day pass is a one-time payment. There is no auto-renewal and no cancellation is required.

4. Refund Policy

The service is a digital good. Refunds may be restricted after Service Start.

  • Within 7 days + no Service Start (0 turns): Full refund.
  • After Service Start (1+ turns): Refunds are not available, even within 7 days.
    • If there is a Company fault (e.g., major outage preventing use), we may offer a full or partial refund or service extension.

5. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email contact@peekrate.com with your account email, payment date/time, and reason.
  2. We review within 3–7 business days and reply with the result.
  3. Refund timing depends on the payment method and PG/card issuer processing times.

6. Abuse and Restrictions

We may deny refunds in cases of account sharing, payment fraud, or repeated abuse, while complying with applicable law.
